    To funny this is posted. This morning I came across this recipe AT THAT site too not too sure how I came acrossed it though.

    The blueberry pie in a jar really sounds good.

    I think I'll try some for a friend, but skip the bottom crust, so he'll get more pie filling. These look cute, but that's a lot of crust and there's not realy a good low fat crust recipe.
