I make pizza at home and found a great flavor to put on it. Walmart sell little tubs of garlic spread in the bakery dept. I had some left over so I spread it on the pizza dough before adding the cheese and sauce. It smelled so fantastic baking I had everyone in the kitchen around the stove just waiting for it to come out of the oven.
I quit making pizza dough a long time ago. I buy it by the case at Sam's Club. It's about $16 a case, comes frozen 24 big dough balls to a case, and it is very good bread dough. I use the dough to make garlic bread sticks and cinnamon bread sticks. The dough is ready to use when it's thawed to room temp.

Our Sam's has a eating area where you order pizza and hot dogs. You buy the case of dough there. Also other items are available by the case that they make to sell.

I have wondered about using frozen dough, how long does it take to thaw, do you have to rise it once or twice after thawing?

I buy my pizza dough from the Pizza place I go to. They sell the dough for $3.10 I also use it for making bread, bread sticks, rolls, and once in awhile pizza. lol
It's fresh and of course you can freeze it.

don't most supermarkets sell frozen pizza dough? Around here they do.
Also sometimes your local (not chain) pizza parlor will sell you dough and you can freeze it. Let's support local businesses!

Pizza Rocks!! DH's favorite food...
