    When you first mentioned a quart Mason jar I thought you were going to "ponder" some Moonshine!! LOL

    No, no moonshine. I want to be able to walk, when I get done ponderin'. LOLOLOL!

    I use a Mason jar for everything. Makes a good sweet tea jug, too! :thumbup:

    Have to wait till saturday. Supposed to warm up a little here in VA. Have to pull four jars out as Mom and Dad are coming up for a visit. Yeah!!

    Your fur baby is so cute, I’m glad his tail is OK now, sweet baby. This recipe cracks me up. On my 50th b’day last year my DSIL discovered I had never had tequila and that a woman ‘my age’ should definitely have tried it already. We each did a couple shots and I still have the rest of the bottle. Next time DSIL comes over I’m definitely making this! Thank you! :-P

    And in the background is some bluegrass music, or someone in the next valley playing a banjo, the breeze swaying the pine trees. A hint of coffee and bacon frying drifts in on the swirling winds, a touch of rain smell in the air. A hen cackling out back near the barn, telling the world she'd just laid another egg. A yard full of high grass and flowers bowing to the wind.

    That, my friends, is sitting on the front porch way out in the hills of WV..or used to be when I was a kid.
