This receipe is for Poppy Seed Chicken and is very good and ooooooh so easy to make.

4 to 5 chicken breasts cooked, cooled, and then shredded. Salt and pepper chicken. Mix chicken with 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 tablespoons of Poppy Seed, 1 8oz. container of Sour Cream. Place the chicken mixture in a 9x13 pan. Crush 1 to 1 1/2 sleeves of ritz crackers and mix this with 1 stick of melted butter. Spread crumb mixture over top of chicken. Place pan in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

I like to serve this with mashed potatoes or you could serve with buttered parsley noodles or rice.

    ENJOY!!!
