Here's on I just tried yesterday and was delicious:
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and 1/2 onion finely
1 TBS of Chicken base and 1 cup of water in container with lid and shake well
add: 1/2c Teriyaki Sauce or Glaze
1/4c Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Stir to mix and dissolve sugar
Add 4 pork chops to container and seal Marinate over night
Put in slow cooker and cook till completely cooked and tender
This is also great for pulled pork or a pork roast.
serve with remaining glaze with rice as a nice side dish.
It was so yummy. Like you I am always looking for new dishes for pork.

This may sound a bit odd but here goes. I put about 1/4 cup of orange juice or apple cider in the slow cooker, add a 2-3 lb. pork loin, sprinkled generously with Montreal Steak seasoning over the top. Cook on low 6 hours or high for 4 hours. The juice or cider adds a little something extra, helps it keep moist but doesn't give it a distinct fruit taste. Whatever is leftover, I usually shred and add BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) for pulled pork. Lately have bought a bag of frozen stir fry veggies with teriyaki packet from Aldi. I cube the leftover cubed pork and add to the stir fry mixture.
