This is an absolute must at my house at Christmas. I have to make several batches and believe me one batch makes a lot. My entire family absolutely loves it. A lot of times I mix it up by not adding pretzels and just adding twice the amount of pecans. You can also use mixed nuts. It's really up to you.

    Pretzel Toffee Crunch
    Preheat oven to 300°
Spray large baking pan with Pam – set aside
    Mix together:
2 cups Corn Chex 3 cups Rice Chex
4 cups tiny pretzels 2 cups pecans
Place in sauce pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves
    ¾ cups packed brown sugar
    ¾ cup light corn syrup
    1 stick butter
Remove from heat and add 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pour mixture over dry ingredients, stirring to coat evenly. Pour into deep baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven toss and then bake another 15 minutes. Pour onto wax paper sprayed with Pam. Let cool. Store in air tight container.
