It works pretty good. I mixed angel food and french vanilla cake mix and keep it in a ziploc bag at the office. You can also double it and cook it for 1.5 minutes.

For the Weight Watchers in the group it's only 1-3 points plus depending upon what you mix with the angel food mix. I used reduced sugar devils food and it was really yummy!

HINT: If you spray the mug with PAM before you microwave it, it will dump right out!
