This sounds like it would be fun to make the grand kids when they come to visit ... just individual servings, with a spoon of ice cream on top.

Never heard of this; but I'm always willing to try something new, especially if food is envolved.

i tried this today and it is good. Thanks for the recipe. I am in TOPS so it is better to have a small bite rather than the whole cake in front of me. ;-)

I received this recipe by email this week and was going to share it with you LOL Oh well it's now great to see the comments of those who actually made it. Think I'll try the carrot cake version and the Chocolate too. Thanks for sharing...I won't have to write it down LOLOL

I tried it yesterday and it worked great! I used a mug for one and a cereal bowl for another. Even my DH was impressed and he usually finds something negative about new things. Can't wait to try new flavors.

What do you suppose would happen if you tossed in a few chopped nuts or chocolate chips? (Other than the calories going up?)

Sounds great! Thanks

I took your suggestion about the chocolate chips and it was awesome. I put the batter into a coffee mug and just dropped the chips on top, and they didn't sink. Talk about frosting on the cake. It was great. Next time, I will add a few nuts.
