Try my (Joanne Fluke's) Mini Cheeseburger Cookies on the recipe part of this forum. They are darling and instantly grabbed by kids and men. 2 or 4 of them on a piece of foil covered cardboard, covered with plastic wrap folded beneath it will make a good show.

I'm working on getting "French Fries' to go with them. No good recipe yet but will share it when I think it's a good one.

Very Moist Chocolate Cake...one box chocolate cake mix....one can cherry pie filling....3 eggs.....beat together. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour in cake batter. Top with cinnamon/sugar mixture and sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until center of cake bounces back when pressed. This ia always a hit with the men.

How about a Shortbread? ... bake it as one large piece and cut in sticks while hot!
