She says it's very healthy. I haven't had trouble with it going bad, but then I don't use a lot of oil so always buy it in small bottles.

I use mostly olive oil and avocado oil. Some unrefined coconut oil. Lard does make a delicious pie crust so I do use it for that. When I make an oil pie crust I do prefer canola oil. I use mostly Amish butter it is so good. My DH complained about the cost and said Land o Lakes is really good. I made him taste 2 crackers once with the 2 kinds of butter. He complained that one didn't have any taste. I now buy almost exclusively Amish butter.

Walnut oil! Sounds yummy! I've never heard of it but have heard many times that walnuts are very good for you.
