I make this pie all the time!! It's a great hit with everyone. You can add some cocoa to make chocolate. Or some coconut to make it coconut custard.

Fran This recipe reminded me of my aunt who was making this for company into her 90's. After seeing this yesterday I decided to make this for last nights dinner. I added coconut and my non coconut eating son wolfed it down. |
It's in the oven now, I hope it works. Looked like vanilla milk when I poured it in the pan!

I added the coconut, I didn't have nuts. So when this works maybe next time :)
