please let me know how it turns out deer meant is very good i have eaten it when i was little my mom would make the rib part and leave extra meat on the rib bones and she would stuff them it was so good and serve it with mash potatoes and a veggie mmmm those were the days

I don't care much for the jerky my dh makes in his smoker, so I am eager to try this easy recipe for myself. Thank you for posting this recipe! :)

Soy sauce and teraki sauce have a good amount of salt in their content.

you are very welcome i have had it before and it is really good just make sure your meat is lean and thinly sliced mine had teryaki sauce and chile flakes on it yummie.
if you cut it a little thicker it will be a little more moist and not so dry.

Hello, don't mean to butt in but my grandson makes beef or deer jerky the same way you do ,only he soaks his sliced meat in dale sauce , i'm sure if you can't find it you will have a diff. version where you live ,we are in Alabama. Hope you try it and like it( the dale suuce tastes like worchester, and garlicand other spices.)

Well, they have made the Deer Jerky! It turned out just perfect! My Son in law let it marinate in a combo of no salt Worchestire Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and a meat tenderizer. turned out just how he loves it!
