Darn, my post disappeared!
We just canned a bunch of peaches. One year we decided to cut way back on the sugar but they weren't very good so now we do the regular way. We get ours about 10 miles away at an orchard that sells peaches and apples exclusively. I have a cobbler in the oven now. Peaches are my very favorite fruit. |
Hi Janey. Sorry I hadn't checked this thread for a while. No, the recipe was specifically called Pie filling, One jar at a time. It was a great way of using small amounts of fruit.
