    please note....I forgot to tell you bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

    I get cinnamon chips at my grocery store in the baking aisle, right there with the chocolate chips. Today I only had about a quarter of a bag of cinnamon chips, so I added the milk chocolate chips and the cookies are reaalllllllyyy good :)

    I have been making these for years. The guys at work were fighting over them. Never thought to use cinnamon chips. I have retired now so only make them for family but taught my sons in OREGON to make them. They love them.

    These sound sooooo yummy!!!! As for the lady with the diabetic hubby & son, try substituting Splenda for part or even all of the sugar. I have done so in many recipes with great success!!!! It's certainly worth a try!!!!
