    Open it and smell it. I should think it would still be good, but the smell test always works. If you're still not certain, don't throw it out... use it in a recipe that calls for cooking/heating it. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to use it, especially if the wax seal is still intact. You can tell if it isn't, because jelly will leak out from under it.

    I wouls say yes as long as it's sealed.
