Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
#17
I made this today with canned peaches. I did not have self rising flour so I added 1tsp baking powder to regular flour. It worked perfectly. I baked it in a 8x8 pan for 40 min. My family loved it!

I sent you a PM
I made an apple one yesterday using the same recipe. It's the only recipe I ever use. My momma used to make cobblers quite often. She probably got the recipe from her MIL since her mother really didn't bake very much. :? My apple cobbler turned out mighty tasty!!!!  As a matter of fact I think it's calling to me right now!!

I use this method and it works for me 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt to 1 cup flour. I baked this in a 13 x 9 pan and baked it between 30-45 min (until golden brown) Served hot with ice cream- turned out yummy!
This recipe is always our favorite in the Duthc Oven when we are camping. :-)
