    Most big grocery stores like Safeway carrys this, I'm not sure it whether it would be in a specialty store, but they may have some awesome seasonings, too :D

    We have both Safeway and Fred Meyer in our town and they don't have it. Also have Grocery Outlet, $ Store and 3 privately owned grocery stores and they didn't carry it so I think it might be a regional thing. I don't know of too many Greek or Italian residents so that might be why they don't carry some of these things.

    I detest peeling potatoes. Would this work with the skins on? Thanks.

    I almost never peel potatoes, and yes it works very well with them unpeeled!!!
    Even mashed potatoes only get stips of peel removed....I raised my kids on mashed potatoes with "freckles" LOL
