Quick & simple Fudge
Found the fastest & easiest fudge ever last week. Made peanut butter & chocolate---possibilities endless..
Need 1 package chips
1 container frosting
Empty chips and frosting into microwavable bowl. Stir a little. Set microwave to one (1) minute. Stop microwave half way through. Stir then put microwave back on to continue the minute. Remove from microwave bowl..stir to make sure chips are all melted. Pour into prepared pan (I use parchment paper in bottom of mine). Refrigerate until hard --couple of hours. Cut and put in container or serve! I used smooth cream cheese frosting with the peanut butter chips and milk chocolate with dark chocolate chips and added pecans. Hubby & rst of family loved it!!

This morning I made 2 batches of fudge. I had a new tub of whipped and put 1/3 in each batch, fudge is just fine with it. Need more chips to make another batch, I did add an extra ounce of chips to make sure it would set up well. Think it is the air being whipped into the frosting that they said not to use it, not as solid as regular tubs.
