Nice. I've used peas in alfredo for years but never thought of artichokes. Thanks!

I couldn't find the frozen artichoke hearts at the store. So I substituted quartered canned ones. The sauce itself was really easy to make took just a few minutes. I find that some recipes don't give enough "liquids", so I doubled it and it turned out perfect. I doubled the amount of artichokes it called for also.

Oh, It is! It is to become a regular menu item in our house. So easy to make 1 pan, 1 chef knife, 1 cutting board, 1 measuring cup. What more can you ask for? Besides more!
