I keep my bread in the frig, then pop in the mico-w for 5 seconds. I am alone now, I bake or buy my favorite cake, cut into servings, [squares] and freeze. Then pop in the micro-w for a few seconds on low temp. Is it so good warm.
I cook large and freeze everything about once a month.

Make crumbs divided between small bowls add some Orange or graph fruit juice, just to wet ,slice one banana, some walnut cook some milk with corn flower and little sugar ( i put no sugar ) you will know later.
Divide milk over the cake and banana
Put one spoon or more of honey

[quote=ptquilts]I made some soft oatmeal cookies and left them in the oven too long after shutting off the heat, so they came out crispy.

Thanks for the idea. I'll do them like Forgotten Cookies.

Someone gave me some soft oatmeal cookies, and I do not like soft cookies. Could not refuse because a young girl made them "just for you" and who could resist that?
    I like hard, crisp cookies.
