Default Recipe for diet cream puffs

Does anyone have a recipe for diet cream puffs I remember the dough was made with cottage cheese and you could use them for lo cal sandwiches there was also a noodle recipe. I used to make these for my daughter many years ago like the 70's. I have searched and have been unable to find. It was from a popular diet book but can't remember which one. If you have this or a similar recipe I would appreciate having it Thanks in advance

In a pinch, I just fill the puffs with a good (lowfat, if you prefer) ice cream and everyone loves them. Drizzle with a little chocolate syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar on top right before serving for that fancy touch. Sorry, but I don't have a recipe to use cottage cheese in making the dough for the puff.
