Default Recipe to use chocolate fudge cake mix

Does anyone have a good recipe for a cake using cocolate fudge cake mix. I was making chocolate chip pudding cake and thought I needed this when i really needed a yellow cake mix. Now I'm stuck with this and don't want to just use it out of the box but want to make something yummy.

I use cake mixes to make cookies or cookie bars...like brownies. Just add a small pkg dry instant pudding mix (chocolate), 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup water. Nuts, choco chips optional. Makes about 4 doz cookies, or spread in a lightly greased pan and bake.

I make 2 different ones. For pound cake, mix the cake mix, 1 reg. size box of choc. instant pudding, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 1 cup water. Mix well and bake in bundt or angel food cake pan. You could use different pans.
I use a bundt pan and bake about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Ice or eat plain.

You can also mix the cake mix with 1 can cherry pie filling, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil, mix well and bake in 9 x 13 greased pan for about 35 or 40 minutes at 350, depending on overn temperature. Top with whipped cream or cool whip.

    Both are very good.

    Cake Mix Cookies
    ===========
Beat together 1/2 cup soft butter and 2 eggs.
    Add in cake mix.
Add in whatever you want ... nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, etc.
    Drop on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes (varies depending on size of the cookie!)

    mmmmmmm!!!!

***Any cake mix flavour works. Be creative on the add ins***
One of my favourites is Butter Pecan cake mix with pecans and chopped toffee bits).
Another is Golden cake mix with some Christmas spices added to it, then lots of chopped candied fruit.

Although, probably the all time favourite is the Chocolate cake mix with LOTS of large chocolate chips (or better still, chopped chocolate pieces)

If you go to the website of the cake mix maker I bet they will have recipes there.

Make a 3-2-1 cake. I think I saw the recipe on here a while back. Mix cake mix with an angel food cake mix in a gal. ziplock bag. When you get ready to eat cake, measure 3 Tblsp. mix with 1 Tblsp. water. Spray the inside of a coffee cup with Pam, then add the mix and water. Cook in the microwave for 1 min. Eat as is or ice with cake icing. You may also use spice cake mix or carrot cake mix, but you have to use angel food cake mix, because the eggs are in it.

Whipped topping cookies. One cake mix, one container of frozen whipped topping, thawed, 2 eggs. Mix eggs and topping, then in cake mix, makes a sticky dough. Use two spoons and drop into powdered sugar and roll to coat. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 350 on lightly greased sheets.

Great moist cake: a box of cake mix, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee granules, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 eggs and one can of cherry pie filling mix. Mix well and place into a greased 13 by 9 inch pan. Top with cinnamon/sugar mix and then sprinkle with coconut. The coconut toasts while the cake is baking. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes. This is our family's favorite.

I sometimes make the chocolate cake and them make a vanilla pudding thinner than for a pie and spoon it over a piece of cake - really good and easy!
