    Default Refried Pinto beans

This is soooo good! I plan on making this again tonight to go with a pork roast and salsa.

    http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/f...nto-beans.html

I used used about a 1/2 to 3/4 cup of chicken broth instead of the water. I didn't want "soupy"
refried beans. And cut the cilantro by half. We found the called for amount of cilantro to much.

Bacon onions cilantro? What's not to like? Enjoy! I wouldn't even mash them, just toss with the goodies and put 'em on the plate!

OK - I am probably the only one but I usually have to ask for more Cilantro. Although I am not a bean lover but will keep this in mind for the next time we have company

This sounds really good though I will probably substitue parsley for the cilantro. I really like your idea of the chicken broth also!
