    I have been looking for some good salmon recipes, so i thought i would create this recipe file for us.

    Bar-b-qued salmon

    Just take some fillets, place them under the broiler just about 5 minutes on each side. (a bit longer if they are really thick fillets)
    When you flip them over put some bar-b-que sauce (your favorite)
    broil for a couple of minutes, flip and repeat.
    This recipe works out on the grill too.

    We usually have it with some long grain and wild rice and asparagus.
