I slice an onion and some potatoes, put them in a glass pan and top them with a can of mushroom soup, and bake for an hour at 350, turns out great everytime.

I layer sliced onions and potatoes, sprinkle a tablespoon of flour over each potato layer(except the top layer of potatoes) season with salt and pepper in a casserole dish. Mix one can of cream of celery soup with half a can of milk, pour over the potatoes and onions, cover and bake at 350 degrees for two hours.

:XD: hI: I made some scalloped potatoes the other day and tried something different. I added some dill, shredded cheddar and shredded parmesan cheese. Shared some with my neighbor and she said they were delicious. Another idea is to add some diced ham or left over pork. Makes a great full meal. Bon appetit!

    Hi bebe,

sure you can add cheese, and I cook mine for 2 hours. I'd put the cheese on them about half an hour before they are done. :)

I usually layer the potatoes..then onions....then cheese and the soup and milk mix...then another layer of the same...turns out really creamy and the cheese is an awesome addition to each layer. :D I think I could live off of these. LOL
