Please note that regular oats are NOT gluten free. You have to make sure to get the kind that are. (I'm still wondering how they make them that way....)

Oats are naturally gluten free, but the label cannot state that unless they are processed in a plant that does not handle any products with gluten.

Most any grocery store has "Natural" peanut butter; the kind you have to stir and keep in the fridge. Bulk food stores have it, too. It should not have any sugar in it.
