l lb. ground chuck, 1/2 half medium onion chopped, cook these until all pink is gone and drain.
Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. ground mustard, and 3 TBSP. honey. Mix well and simmer for about 15 minutes on low.
I got this recipe from a school kitchen where I worked. Very good family favorite. :mrgreen:
