    2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
    1/4 cup water
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
    1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
    10 oz tortilla chips or 10 sandwich buns

    Total Time: 1 Hr 45 Min 1.In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
    2.In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix beef and remaining ingredients except tortilla chips.
    3.Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours. Serve over tortilla chips or in buns.
