    Sour Cream Raisin Pie :D YUM

    3 egg yokes, beaten well
    1-cup sugar (continue beating)
    Add:
    1 Tbsp. Butter/margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. Corn starch
    ¼ tsp. Salt
    1-cup sour cream
    1-cup raisins

    Cook until thick and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.

    Meringue:

    ½ cup sugar
    ½ tsp. Cream of tarter
    Egg whites

    Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until it starts to peak adding sugar a little at a time. Brown lightly in oven.

    I remember this pie, even though I haven't had it in years, and now I can see if it's as good as I remember. Thanks!
