I have stuffed tortillas and taco shells with different leftovers for kids since mine were toddlers. They love the idea :D Add cheese and other toppings to them, and they will eat just about anything LMBO

I had kids who would eat broccoli/cauliflower tacos, as long as there was cheese sauce on top of the veggies  I steamed the veggies first and let them dry off a bit on a towel so that the sauce will stick to them better :D:D:D

If kids will eat their meat and veggies by wrapping them in a tortilla or in a taco shell, make it more fun by adding julianned veggies on the top, let them help to "build" them, and make it a fun activity :D:D:D
