Strawberry Cake
Made this strawberry cake for a party this weekend, and it was a huge hit!
I used Paula Deen's strawberry cake recipe, and then just used store-bought vanilla frosting mixed with diced up fresh strawberries. The sticks around the outside are called Pocky sticks, and are available at world market - cost about $6 for enough sticks to surround an 8" cake. It was SO easy, but looked so fancy!! People were super impressed!
