Please be very careful! This is NOT a sugar-free recipe.

Sugar comes in many forms, and honey is just a different form of sugar. In fact, honey has 16 grams of carbohydrates, and sugar has 12 grams! Also, bananas are extremely high in carbs.

Sugar is a carb, so diabetics count carbs. This recipe is not for diabetics or for anyone who is watching carbs.
