I bought the pillsbury cake and icing and the gas it gives you is not worth the sugar free status. You do not want to go there.LOL

This cake recipe is all over the Weight Watchers site and its not too bad, I have found that also adding a few egg whites makes it a big better.

ScrapQuilter, I just switch out the sugar on all my recipes for Fructose Natural Sweetener....and you don't use as much so you need to read the conversion chart.

Do a search for diabetic recipes and you'll be surprised at what pops up, TONS of recipes!!! I recently did a search for my DS, she's a diabetic and recently went on dialysis due to complications of kidney failure. Try www.divita.com, they have lots of sufar free recipes as well.
