1 pkg whole button or crimini mushrooms
Stove Top Stuffing Mix
Mozzarellla cheese balls ( I get them at Sams)
Tones Onion and Garlic seasoning
Pull the stem out of the mushroom, check for dirt and dust off if necessary. Lay caps on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle some of the Tones in each cap. Put a small amount of stuffing mix in each along with one mozzarella ball. Using a spoon or cooking syringe, add a bit of liquid from the cheese balls to each cap for moisture. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
