Default Sweet Soy cream almost mashed potatoes

    Hi everyone,
While "experimenting" with food today i made ths. It came out really GOOD!!!

    INGREDIENTS:
    1/4 TBSP butter or margarine
1 half Yukon Gold potatoe (boiled and peeled)
    1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
1 Black and Decker Super Chopper
    Use of Stove

Cut half potatoe into moderately sized strips, sectioned. Place in chopper or food processor. Add 1/4 TBSP butter. Add 1/3 cup soy milk. Tightly put lid on. Chop on high speed for one minute, or until almost liquidfied. Pour mixture into saucepan, and cook on Medium High until mixstarts to bubble. ENJOY! Tell me how you like it!
