Taco Salad
Wendy's used to offer a taco salad that I loved, so I developed my own.
I layered chopped romaine on a plate.
Generously layer grated (cheddar) cheese. This keeps the lettuce from wilting.
Then add serving of hot taco meat.
No salad dressing needed!
