    I made them yesterday and they are great. My family really liked them too. Thanks for such a great recipe.

    Wouldn't the ritz melt/dissolve somewhat when dipped in the hot chocolate?

    No it's just a quick dip. If you want to make it easier get the mint flavored choc. melting wafers from Wilton or a cake/candy shop. They usually melt smoother than baking chips.
