Melted Chocolate Morsels or the semi sweet Morsels

Ritz Crackers (Yes, you heard me)

1/2 to 1 tsp....peppermint extract(add more if needed, but taste first)

Melt chocolate in double boiler or micro-wave......add extract and spread on Ritz cracker. Place in refrigerator and store.

These taste like the real thing.....Yummy....

    Who would of thought Ritz!

Sounds Great!! I use the one dollar package of thin butter cookies for my thin mints. They usually have a design on front and when the chocolate dries they are pretty and tastey! But I will have to try the Ritz...everything is better when it Sitz on a Ritz! Ha!
