Ingredients
1 pkg ground turkey
2 (15 ounce) cans pink beans, drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
2 (1.25 ounce) packages chili seasoning mix
1 (4 ounce) can green chile peppers (optional)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 onion, diced
1 cup water
1 tsp of chili powder
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
2 tsps. of cumin
1. Brown ground turkey with onion
2. Drain turkey, put in crock pot
3. Drain beans, add to crock pot
4. Add all other ingredients
5. Cook on low - 3 - 5 hours
ENJOY!!
This is awesome stuff, I like to make it and serve over a baked potato for a pretty filling and flavorful dinner!
