Default Uh-oh! Big trouble for any weight loss resolution I might be considering.

A surprising number of these actually look very promising, and who isn't ready for some short cuts at this busy time of year!

Other than the Italian dressing chicken, which has been around forever, I haven't tried any of them yet, and I'm thinking that Nutella "cake" would be better baked in a crumb crust like a cheesecake. (I know people are wondering if I'm trying to gain weight!)

For a number of years I've used a very simple 4-ingredient truffle recipe that I clipped from a newspaper, but this 2-ingredient one certainly looks prettier in the picture. It's amazing what nicely staged food photos will do for your appetite, isn't it!

Thanks Rose P. I have saved some of these recipes especially since they are gluten free. I quilt with a lady who is trying to accomodate a young child at her church who was recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant, she will be getting some of the recipes as well. I try to find recipes that don't use "special" ingredients for her and these are perfect.
