    Default what can I do with this?

    Any idea what to do with this? Its a roast cut up in bite sized pieces, sweet red peppers, onion carrots. Spoon over pasta, rice any ideas?

    Maybe chop it up finer and call it hash. Or add gravy (southern, can't help it) and spoon over mashed potatoes.

    You could freeze it and send it to me with dry ice. LOL
    It would make good burritos.

    Add beef stock and cook in the crock pot for stew. Serve with baking powder biscuits. Put in a flat casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes for Shepard's Pie. Put a pie or biscuit top for beef pot pie as someone mentioned.

    I would fry up a bunch of potatoes and stir it in with some gravy and call it hash I do it often! Yum!

    I decided to make burritos with it. My daughter is on a diet and its really hard to make things that she can eat. We have 100 calorie flour tortillas that I know she can eat. Thanks for your suggestions.

    add some cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup of your choice and use as desired ...
