    cole slaw acts as a condiment meant to be served on top of the sandwich, also might want to include some vinegar based finishing sauces which are imperative in some parts of the country.

    Heat some corn tortillas in a pan, heat pulled pork in another pan and add some cumin and other "latin" type spices, put pork in the heated tortilla, squeeze lime on it and chow down!!

    Have to go with the person that said mac and cheese. My brother and sister-in-law are having a fall party and serving pulled pork. They came over the other night to specifically request that I bring my homemade mac and cheese. It's a family favorite. Have a great time!!!

    Sorry - I misunderstood - I thought you wanted to know what ELSE to do with pulled pork - my bad.........

    My favorite is cold slaw and pinto beans cooked southern style with ham hock.
