I love to have caramelized onions on the side to be put on the pulled pork sandwich.

Pulled pork can make the most delicious enchiladas and is simple to make. Wasn't sure if you were wanting sides to serve with the pork sandwiches or wanted another use for leftovers.

Sharoney did you ever post the Apple Kuchen recipe? It sounds good and I would like to try it.

We fixed some pulled pork this week and we had potato salad and baked beens. It made enough pulled pork that we had some the next day for lunch and froze the rest for another day. I love pulled pork with potato chips too.

I ended up with pulled pork sandwiches, potato chips, baked beans and chunks of cheese slices. It was wonderful. Thanks to all who posted.
