Divinity! I made Mrs. Floyd's Divinity from myrecipes.com. It was delicious!

Home made Rum balls! I rarely drink even wine, but rum balls are a special treat to give, and I admit to some taste testing! It's been a few years, but I think the recipe came in a Bacardi booklet, and is probably online these days.

I grew up with Grandmas' German Lebkuchen, Pfeffernusse, and Springle cookies and it would not be Christmas without them. A dear neighbor lady would make divinity fudge and I helped crack the walnuts for it. My family now enjoys dark chocolate covered orange peel. I could eat it year round and it by far my favorite candy! You boil the orange peel three times to remove the bitterness, then boil in sugar water and let dry. Dip in dark bittersweet chocolate half way up the piece of peel. When cool enjoy slowly and savor!

I love orange peel too. But it's a close call with maple nut fudge.
