Grilled fish (some kind of thick cut depending on what I can get fresh today) homemade Caesar salad, artichokes with butter sauce and rice.

Tomorrow will be Cornish hens on the rotisserie, green beans, and salad

Wednesday is spicy shrimp and sausage stew over orzo, salad, and rosemary garlic bread

Chasing hawk you just described a favorite comfort meal for me only difference would be cornbread and chow chow yummmmmm this will be on the menu soon, I can already smell the aroma of the beans cooking all day, it just makes me happy :-)

We're having pasta. I have chicken and asparagus to use so those have to be part of it!

    Grilled steaks,
potatoes cut in slices, sliced onion and bell peppers between the potato slices sprinkled with salt pepper garlic and butter wrapped up in aluminum foil and cooked out on the grill. Corn on the cob yes also coooked on the grill and salad. ( not on the grill, but I have had grilled ceasar salad its damn good when its done right) I know corn is not a real vegetable but I just crave it when we have steak.

We marinated chicken breasts in Zesty Italian salad dressing for several hours & cooked those on our Mak pellet cooker on the back patio, with asparagus. I oven roasted cut potatoes (with onion seasoning), and sautéed carrots. Yummy! Cut the chicken up with a fork, and the pups got the left over chicken, so they were happy, too.

I had yogurt and then a donut. For "dessert" I had watermelon. My husband had leftovers. Not a very good dinner!
