Made good spaghetti sauce & poured it over pasta...along w/a nice salad. Lots of leftovers.
I like this section alot. I'm so often at a loss of what to make for the next dinner..my motto "well, another meal of millions!"...my hubby hates it!!

My husband cooked chicken breasts on the grill a bit differently tonight. Put what ever you want on your chicken breast-(spices, or salad dressing, bbq sauce etc.) Wrap it in foil and cook over the grill.

The chicken breasts should be moist and have a bit of the flavor of what you dressed the meat with)

DH is not gone all week so for dinner, I'm "cooking"
rum cherry ice cream for appetizer, German chocolate cake (from the deli) for main course, maple nut ice cream for dessert and Bailey's Irish cream for beverage. Maybe I should add microwave popcorn in there too so I have one warm course.
