What's your favorite muffin?

Thanks for posting the peanut butter oatmeal with choc chips. Just one more way to get my peanut butter and chocolate fix. I am trying to be better about what I eat and have given up the candy but maybe I can convince my body that it is good for me in this form! That's my story and I am sticking to it. Ann in TN

I made Ellen's Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Chocolate Chips Muffin recipe today and it was great! Nice and moist and crowned very nicely. They were sweeter than I usually make muffins but very good. Next time I will cut back the sugar by 1/4 cup but will definitely make again. Thanks Ellen! Ann in TN

Banana nut muffins are my most favorite...but I also love blueberry muffins and cranberry orange muffins....as for savory muffins, I do have an onion muffin I have made in the past...has been awhile....had forgotten about them until it was mentioned here.
I have a cookbook called "Mad about Muffins" that has lots of great muffin recipes....some in there I have bookmarked that I have made and like are Cinnamon, Strawberry Banana, Parmesan Tomato, Cheddar cheese and Mustard, Oatmeal Sunflower and Lemon Poppyseed.
I could eat muffins every day if they weren't so high in fat.
