Are you cooking over open fire? Rice or cornbread.

As an old tent camping lady, I'd suggest some cole slaw,
and declare it a dinner! Maybe something sweet and chocolaty,
    but otherwise, this sounds complete.

Don't forget to clean up well, in our camping area (Yosemite Valley)
we had lots of bears who would willingly come in and clean up for us.
After we cleaned up and stowed away our stuff, we would spray the
storage area (and car) with deodorant. Seemed to help a little.

The Olive Bread sounds like it would go great with Jambalaya, but might not be too practical to make over an open fire! Or do you have a camper? At any rate, count me in - I'm invited, right...?

We do the french bread with butter, garlicpowder, and cheeses. Very good with anything

    i vote traditional rice.

i'd save that great olive bread for a night when i want to serve just a good soup. the bread would be the star of the show.
