We love them, but can't seem to find a stand out recipe. Some go soggy ,some are like rocks  & others bake ok, but have no taste.
Would love to find a tried & true recipe. Thanks

I just use the one on the back of the Old Fashioned Quaker Oats box. That's the recipe my grandmother used and it tastes "old fashioned" to me.
But I'll be reading the other recipes you will receive here too.

I use the recipe on the Q Oats inside cover, but instead of vanilla flavor I use a flavor like raspberry or maple!

My husband makes our cookies. When it calls for packed brown sugar, he just measures it and does not pack it. We don't like real sweet. He also uses dried cherries or Craisins instead of raisins. If his cookie mix is too runny, he bakes it anyway and we use them like granola cereal. It's better than any cereal from a box!

For me the Classic Sun Maid Raisin Oatmeal Cookie recipe is the best one I've found. Only calls for brown sugar, not a combo of white/brown. Second favorite is the Quaker recipe on their box.
