    Default Yummy Queso Dip

This was a dip that was being served the last time I was in our Sam's Club, and I think it's delicious!

    1 lb. ground turkey
1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes with chilis
    1 lb. Velveeta

Brown the turkey in a fry pan. Drain, if necessary. (Mine was very lean and didn't need it)
    Pour in the tomatoes (undrained)
Cube up the Velveeta and add.

Stir over medium-low heat until all is melted together.
    Serve with Tostitos Scoops

This can be reheated in the microwave if you take it to a function.

Good enough to be eaten with a spoon.

I suppose you could add some hot sauce or chopped jalapenos if you like it spicier! I could even eat this over a baked potato for something different. (Can you tell I like it???)

Sue I do this same recipe, just a tad different. I use the Velvetta, and I use hot or reg. (your preference sausage, )browned and drained, and 1 can of golden mushroom soup, I also like the hotter Rotel in mine. If you have any left it will also freeze. This is my son's favorite, and I have a crockpot full every time he comes home, which now is only twice a year.
